What is included in a home inspection?
Each of Fish Home Services' inspections includes:

• A scheduled in-person inspection where our inspector will thoroughly observe and document functionality, defects, and safety aspects of the property. 
• A comprehensive home inspection report that details the home inspector's observations that will note what systems and structures are functioning, in need of repair, or not present. 

How do I schedule a home inspection?

How can I pay for my home inspection?

We accept cash, check, credit card, or PayPal payments. We do require payment at the beginning of the scheduled home inspection appointment.

1,000 - 1,999 square feet $350

Pre-Listing Inspection Pricing:

This inspection is ideal for current homeowners and listing agents prior to listing the home for sale.
